My story didn't arrive

If your story hasn't arrived, here's a checklist to work through:

1. Check your Library

Go to Library in the app. The story may have been generated and is waiting there — sometimes emails get delayed or filtered.

2. Check spam / junk

Email from stories@mossandtale.com may have gone to spam. Add it to your contacts or safe-senders list to prevent future issues.

3. Verify bedtime and timezone

Go to Children → your child's profile and check:

• Bedtime is set (and is today, not a custom one-off)
• Timezone is correct — especially important if you've travelled

4. Check your email notifications setting

Go to Settings → Email notifications and make sure "Story ready" notifications are turned on.
