How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings.
To upgrade
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap Upgrade plan
- Choose Premium (£6.99/mo) or Family (£9.99/mo)
- Complete the secure payment via Stripe
To downgrade
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap Change plan
- Select the lower tier
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
What happens to illustrations and audio?
If you downgrade, existing stories with illustrations stay in your library. New stories after the downgrade will be text-only (on Free) or match your new plan's features.
